3 on Show exhibition

The 3 on Show exhibition was an exhibition of paintings from 3 artists, Rebecca Holden, Shivaun Hogan and Susan Samuels. Which was held at Archibalds the Art Place, in Upper Hutt during August 2006.

The exhibition was a success and the feedback from those that attented was terrific. Some paintings from the exhibition are still available for purchase and can be viewed online in the Gallery. Feb 2007

Painting sold at Parklane Charity Art Auction

The painting "Action and Consequence" was sold at the Parklane Charity Art Auction. The aim of the auction was to raise money for The Princes Trust. It was a successful night and a wonderful range of art works available for sale.

Selection for the Adam Portraiture Award and Exhibition

Rebecca Holden's entry for the Adam Portraiture Award has been selected for hanging at the exhibition. This award is run every 2 years and is open to artists in New Zealand to submit portraits of New Zealanders. The exhibition is on at Shed 11 in Wellington and runs from the 14th of March to the 18th of April.

Selection for the Parklane Art Awards

Rebecca Holden has been selected to submit a painting for the Parklane Art Awards. Out of a total of 160 artists who applied 51 were selected to compete for the Parklane Art Awards. All works will be auctioned at a prize giving on May 3rd in Auckland. Half of the proceeds of each sale will go to the Princes Trust.
